新設クラスのお知らせ

Tuesday 18:45-19:45 Stretch & Detox w/Lindsey

今月から火曜日に上記のストレッチのクラスを新設しました！
ストレッチにトリガーポイントセラピー、ヨガ、ジャイロキネシスも取り入れたクラスです。是非一度お試し下さい！！
This evening we had a NEW Stretch and Detox class at NEXT Akasaka Base. The class will be held by Lindsey every week on Tuesdays from 6:45pm to 7:45pm If you are feeling a little tense, have stiff muscles or just want to have a good stretch or learn how correct breathing can help you feel relaxed throughout the day please come along.
The class contain elements from a few different principles, including trigger point therapy, yoga and gyrokenesis. In tonight’s class we used yoga cards to help focus the mind and tennis balls and chairs to stretch out those parts of the body that are hard to reach by yourself.
