11:00-12:30 & 13:30-14:30 Kick Boxing w/Lek & Nun ⇒ The class will be canceled!!

14:00-15:00 INSANITY w/Midori ⇒ The class area will be change to Studio!!
※場所が赤マットエリア→スタジオへ変更となります！その為、インドアシューズとソックスが必要となります。シューズは無料でレンタルいたします。
ご協力の程よろしくお願いします。
